    Chris Bryant – Labour, Rhondda. Outed in 2003, over photographs posted on Gaydar. Entered civil partnership 2010, the first to be conducted in the Houses of Parliament.

    Clive Betts – Labour, Sheffield South East (previously Sheffield Attercliffe). Outed by Sun newspaper, 2003.

    Stephen Williams  LibDem.  Bristol West. On election in 2005, became the first openly gay LibDem MP.
