Russian dope test tour de france

AURILLAC, France, July 11 (Reuters) - Russian AlexandrKolobnev has failed a doping test during the Tour de France, anofficial with direct knowledge of the situation told Reuters onMonday.
“Alexandr Kolobnev has failed a dope test on the Tour. Icannot say what the banned substance was,” the source said.
