Only movies in science fiction film genres that have been reviewed on Movie Room Reviews are included in this list. Each sci-fi film includes a link to the DVD or Blu-ray review.

Just remember that to be included in this sci-fi movie list, the film had to have been released for the first time on DVD or Blu-ray during the current year. It must also have scored a B- or higher in our review to be considered among the best.
