In the beginning, there was the "word".
And, throughout history, many world leaders have proven that words - indeed - have "power".
Maybe, what you meant to say was,
"Talk about change is cheap"?
A better choice of words would have been,
"Effecting change, in the hour of need, is the real test of leadership."
